ViTAUX Invitational - Player Sign-Up Form

Thank you for your interest in joining the Vitaux Community Invitational Basketball Tournament!

Please complete the form below to register as a player. To register you must be between the ages of 19 and 27 years old.

Draft Day: October 28th - team captains will each select a roster of 8 players.

Entry Fee: $25 CAD - payable only if you are drafted onto a team and must be sent via e-transfer to vitauxco@gmail.com (memo must have team captain name).

Tournament Date: Saturday, Dec 13, 2025 from 2PM - 8PM.

Tournament Location: Skills Lab Vancouver (12111 Bridgeport Road, Richmond).
